About your membership

One session feels great, but the greatest benefits of massage therapy are experienced cumulatively over time.

Massage received regularly and consistently, can relieve stress and tension, help with managing pain, and provides numerous benefits for overall health and well-being.

Membership Benefits:

➢ Enjoy one of your inclusive massages, which is dependent on the level of membership purchased.

➢ Reduced service each month,

➢ Member’s Only discounts on retail and gift purchases in Beulah and Cove online store.

 

·         Additional time for consultation and dressing is free of charge

·         You have the entire length of your membership to use your membership services as long as your account is not frozen and is in good standing. Any unused services will expire should you select to cancel your membership or not renew your membership.

·         Beulah memberships are non-transferable.

·         All Memberships are set on a monthly rolling contract. 

·         Beulah Tempora reserves the right to change clinic rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing reasonable notice.

·         You are to agree to follow clinic rules and regulations. If rules and regulations are not followed we have the right to refuse or discontinue service for any reason.

·         Massages membership monthly payments are automatically debited from the member’s registered credit/debit card. The payment is debited monthly on the same day of each month as the first payment (this is the sign-up date).

Agreement

How It Works

• Your monthly membership price will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card each month, entitling you to “Massaged stated at point 1 of your plan” of your choice each month, on or after your scheduled payment date.

• You may upgrade to a longer session at an additional charge.

• You are to use your sessions each month, sessions not used cannot be accrued for the following months.

You have the right to receive a notice in the event that we make any change to the terms and conditions of your membership that will vary the amount to be periodically billed to your account specified above. Except as expressly provided herein, we may modify our services or the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without notice and such modifications shall be deemed effective immediately upon making such changes.

Cancellation Policy

This membership and services purchased under this membership are non-transferable to any other person or entity.

For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide us with current, accurate, complete and updated information including your name, address, telephone number and applicable payment data. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes.

We reserve the right to revoke membership at any time for misconduct on our premises. 

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time upon reasonable notice. Should prices

 

CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

You may cancel your appointment without charge if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. Cancellations without 24-hour notice may result in a £20.00 charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.

CANCELLATIONS OF MEMBERSHIP DURING AUTO-RENEW TERM:

As this is a rolling monthly contract, you can cancel your membership within any given month, without charge.

Freezing a Beulah Membership

There may be times when you would like to freeze your membership due to extenuating circumstances, such as extended illness, military leave or temporary relocation.

• When a membership is frozen, a member may not use his/her membership benefits

services for the duration of the freeze period.

• Memberships may be unfrozen at any time at least 30 days after the start of the freeze or will

automatically recommence on the pre-determined freeze end date. At the end of the membership freeze term, your dues will continue with your next scheduled electronic funds transfer (EFT) date. 

• A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.

• Terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the original Membership Agreement continue to apply through the extended membership term. To initiate a freeze, contact clinic management.

Clinic Policy

Therapeutic massage is intended to enhance relaxation, reduce pain, increase range of motion, improve

circulation, and offer a positive experience of touch. The massage therapist does not diagnose illness, disease, or any other physical or mental disorders. As such, the massage therapist does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals, nor do they perform spinal manipulations. Massage is not a substitute for medical treatment or diagnoses and it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailments that I may have.

 

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the clinic informed of any current medical conditions or any changes in health and provide written permission (if under care) from a physician to the clinic.

• The client will come to the massage therapy appointment clean.

• If any pain or discomfort is experienced during the session, the client will immediately communicate with the therapist so the treatment can be adjusted.

• Sickness--both the therapists and client are vulnerable to infections. Therefore, clients and the therapist are asked to reschedule appointments when they are feeling unwell

• 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment, except in cases of illness, emergency, or inclement weather. Cancellations without 24-hour notice may result in a charge for your Session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. The time for your appointment has been arranged for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Full payment for your scheduled session will be expected.

• Sexual advances of any kind will not be tolerated and the session will be terminated immediately. Cancellations without 24-hour notice may result in a £20.00 charge for your session, as that time has been set aside specifically for you.

Combined Package, Promotion, & Discount Policies

In general, packages and gift specials are already discounted and may not be combined with other discounts, packages, promotions, or other special offers. Should other current promotional discounts or offers turn out to be a better deal, we happily do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
